The double chamber kiln operates under sealed positive pressure, with a working pressure of around 40kPa. We have adopted a series of new technology applications in the double chamber kiln to solve its technical shortcomings, including: determining the flue gas temperature and flow rate of the connecting channel reasonably based on the decomposition temperature of the raw materials, avoiding the liquid phase generation of ash, reducing the coating and bonding of low melting materials, and reducing the risk of scaling in the connecting channel; Adopting in channel SNCR technology and flue gas external circulation technology to reduce NOx emissions in flue gas.
